What this course covers
This course is only for the low wage workers in the PWM-Security Sector.
This course enhances the knowledge and skills of Senior Security Officers (SSOs) in Security Surveillance Management, particularly in remote surveillance. It equips them with the essential skills needed to handle advanced security technology, especially as more Security Agencies and Service Buyers embrace Outcome-Based Contracts.

- Identify security risk from CCTV monitors
- Report security incidents
Entry requirements
- 21 years old and above
- Speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5
- Manipulate numbers at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5
