What you will be able to do
At the end of this module, the learners will be able to work with team leaders to manage change pro-cesses. It also includes facilitating innovation at the workplace, implementing change strategies and processes and evaluating the impact of change.
Entry requirements
- Able to understand simple English, equivalent to WPLN Level 5 or
- At least 1 'O' or 'N' Level Pass , or 3. Pass English Pre-requisite Test (ERPT)
