What you will be able to do
At the end of this module, the learners will gain the knowledge, skills and competencies to communicate effectively using various organisation communication channels, influence stakeholders positively, and develop effective leadership qualities.
Entry requirements
- Able to understand simple English, equivalent to WPLN Level 5 or
- At least 1 'O' or 'N' Level Pass , or 3. Pass English Pre-requisite Test (ERPT)
