What you will be able to do
At the end of this module, the learners will understand the various implications of workplace diversity. They will learn to understand and apply diversity management techniques including building rapport, promoting diversity awareness, inclusiveness and cohesiveness within the workplace.
Entry requirements
- Able to understand simple English, equivalent to WPLN Level 5 or
- At least 1 'O' or 'N' Level Pass , or 3. Pass English Pre-requisite Test (ERPT)
