What you will be able to do
This Food Shop Hygiene Maintenance is for learners with a background of work experience or who is seeking job opportunities as a general cleaner in the Environmental Services Industry. This module is designed to train and equip general cleaners with the technical skills and competencies to facilitate cleaning and removing soilage from used crockery, cutlery, refuse-holding area and floor area.
Entry requirements
- Able to understand simple English, equivalent to WPLN Level 2
- No formal academic qualification is required

Assessed by Oral Questioning, Practical Exam.
