What you will be able to do
At the end of this module, the learners will be able to achieve the ability to review organisational talent capability and develop high potential employees to meet organisational requirements. Learners will also gain skills in engaging and supporting line managers in their capability development.
Entry requirements
- Able to understand simple English, equivalent to WPLN Level 5 or
- At least 1 'O' or 'N' Level Pass , or 3. Pass English Pre-requisite Test (ERPT)
