On completion of this unit, learners will acquire the knowledge and abilities in directing the preparation of advanced level of breads that require a certain level of attention to details and complexity in techniques involved in the baking process.
b) Have basic knowledge and experience of bread preparation and no experience in preparing advanced range of bread products or completed basic bread preparation.
c) Have developed Listening and Speaking of Basic English. Bilingual trainer and learning aids in Malay/Chinese will be used to assist learners weaker in English.
The course fee is S$1296.00 (incl 8% GST) per participant.
To help companies and individuals offset the cost of training, SSG will provide funding for the course fee (eligible Singaporeans, PRs or LTVP+ holders only).
