Food Safety Course (Level 2) - English
This course aims to equip food handlers with knowledge and skills on food safety and hygiene procedures and policies. At the end of the training, learners will be able to prepare safe and hygienic food as well as conduct checks on food premises to ensure safe food is being prepared in clean premises.
- On completion of this unit, participants will have the knowledge and skills in Food Safety and Hygiene Level 2 and be able to apply them at the workplace
- Able to read and understand and speak simple English
- No other pre-requisites
- The course fee is S$194.40 (incl 8% GST) per participant.
- To help companies and individuals offset the cost of training, SSG will provide funding for the course fee (eligible Singaporeans, PRs and LTVP+ holders only) and absentee payroll.
- INDIVIDUALS - Up to 70% course fee
- SME - Up to 70% course fee
- NON-SME- Up to 50% course fee
- Participants will be awarded a Statement of Attainment by SSG upon passing an oral/written examination and practical assessment administered by Ascendo Academy.
- Full Refund will be made if the course is cancelled due to lack of participants or unforeseen circumstances.
- Any cancellations made after closing date (14 days to course date) –No Refund.
- Any cancellations made before closing date (14 days to course date) –Full Refund.
- Ascendo Academy reserves the right to cancel, reschedule the course, amend course content if necessary.
