Customer Management (Supervise Service Operations) (SF)

This unit covers the knowledge and skills required in planning to meet internal and external customer requirements, ensuring the delivery of quality service and monitoring and reviewing customer service.
The course fee is S$ 480 (excl 7% GST) per participant.
To help companies offset the cost of training, SSG will provide funding for the course fee and absentee payroll (eligible Singaporeans, PRs or LTVP+ holders only). WTS (Workfare Training Support) funding will be available for eligible Singaporeans.
INDIVIDUALS - Up to 70% course fee and absentee payroll
SME - Up to 70% course fee and up to S$25 per training hour
NON-SME - Up to 50% course fee and up to S$17 per training hour
