The learner will acquire the knowledge and ability to
(1) Operationalise organisation vision, mission and values
(2) Promote and influence customer-centricity and service excellence
(3) Analyse team performance for improvement
The course fee is S$642.00 (incl 7% GST) per participant.
To help companies and individuals offset the cost of training, SSG will provide funding for the course fee (eligible Singaporeans, PRs or LTVP+ holders only) and absentee payroll.
Participants will be awarded a Statement of Attainment by SSG upon passing an oral/written examination and practical assessment administered by Ascendo Academy.
