This course will enable learners with the relevant knowledge and abilities to supervise the implementation of safe work practices and maintain workplace risk control measures at the workplace.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

  • Overview of Workplace Safety and Health
  • Supervise WSH Implementation
  • Report WSH Incidents
  • Improve WSH

  • Learners should:
  • Be above 18 years of age
  • Have at least 2 years of industry experience
  • Preferably have Secondary education
  • Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level (WPL) 4
  • Have basic knowledge of organisational / workplace procedures pertaining to WSH

  • The course fee is S$ 390 (excl 7% GST) per participant.
  • To help companies and individuals offset the cost of training, SSG will provide funding for the course fee (eligible for Singaporeans, PRs and LTVP+ holders only) and absentee payroll
  • INDIVIDUALS - Up to 70% course fee and absentee payroll
  • SME/MCES - Up to 70% course fee
  • NON-SME - Up to 50% course fee

  • Participants will be awarded a Statement of Attainment by SSG upon passing assessment administered by Ascendo Academy.

  • Full Refund will be made if the course is cancelled due to lack of participants or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any cancellations made after closing date (14 days to course date) – No Refund
  • Any cancellations made before closing date (14 days to course date) – Full Refund
  • Ascendo Academy reserves the right to cancel, reschedule the course, amend course content if necessary.
