Manage Productivity Improvement to Achieve Business Objectives

This course aims to provide the learners with the skills and knowledge on how Lean Six Sigma can be garnered as a productivity improvement program within an organization.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

Define the scope of Lean Six Sigma with Business Strategy & Objectives to be undertaken in consultation with stakeholders to meet the organizational needs or objectives
Manage the role of Productivity Champions in a productivity Initiative
Analyse change management to support the Productivity Initiative
Manage the expectation of various stakeholders in Productivity Initiative

ADMISSION CRITERIA

Able to speak, read and write simple English (ESS WPLN Level 4)
No other pre-requisites

COURSE FEES AND FUNDING

The course fee is S$ 240 (excl 7% GST) per participant.
To help companies and individuals offset the cost of training, SSG will provide funding for the course fee (eligible Singaporeans, PRs or LTVP+ holders only) and absentee payroll.
INDIVIDUALS - Up to 70% course fee and absentee payroll
SME - Up to 70% course fee and up to S$50 per training hour
NON-SME- Up to 50% course fee and up to S$15 per training hour

ASSESSMENT

Participants will be awarded a Statement of Attainment by SSG upon passing assessment.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

Full Refund will be made if the course is cancelled due to lack of participants or unforeseen circumstances.
Any cancellations made less than 14 days before course start date – No Refund
Any cancellations made 14 days before course start date – Full Refund
Ascendo Academy reserves the right to cancel, reschedule the course, amend course content if necessary.
