The aim of the course is to train new staff / existing staff to be able to Analyse Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction Results Communicate Findings Implement Improvement Plans
This course aims to equip learners with the knowledge and abilities to analyse customer data to implement improvement plans and improve overall service quality and customer satisfaction.
The course fee is S$181.90 (incl 7% GST) per participant.
To help companies and individuals offset the cost of training, SSG will provide funding for the course fee (eligible Singaporeans, PRs or LTVP+ holders only) and absentee payroll.
Participants will be awarded a Statement of Attainment by SSG upon passing an oral/written examination and practical assessment administered by Ascendo Academy.
